These Terms of Service govern your use of the Verimint Studio website and engagement of our content creation and marketing services. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Verimint Studio website (the “Site”) or engaging our services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Site or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Verimint Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Services Description

Verimint Studio provides content creation and marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Academic writing (research papers, dissertations, scholarly content)
  • Content marketing (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, SEO content)
  • Brand copywriting (website copy, brand messaging, campaign copy)
  • Technical writing (documentation, user guides, technical reports)
  • Course content development (curricula, assessments, learning materials)
  • Editing and proofreading services

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project briefs or service agreements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price for your project will be confirmed in your project brief or service agreement before work begins.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by plan:

  • Starter projects: Payment due upon order confirmation
  • Professional plans: Monthly billing in advance
  • Enterprise plans: As specified in your service agreement

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. Enterprise clients may arrange invoicing with net-30 payment terms.

4.4 Late Payments

Overdue invoices may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final delivered content. We transfer all intellectual property rights in the deliverables to you, subject to the limitations below.

5.2 Our Rights

We retain the right to:

  • Use non-confidential portions of delivered content in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise)
  • Retain working documents, research notes, and drafts for our internal reference
  • Use anonymized project data for quality improvement and training purposes

5.3 Third-Party Content

If our deliverables include third-party materials (images, data, quotations), we will ensure proper licensing or attribution. You are responsible for any additional licensing fees for third-party content.

6. Revisions and Satisfaction

Our revision policy varies by plan:

  • Starter: One round of revisions included
  • Professional and Enterprise: Unlimited revisions included

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery and must relate to the original project brief. Requests for work outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

If we cannot meet your standards after the included revisions, we offer a full refund. This has occurred in fewer than 2% of projects in our history.

7. Turnaround and Delivery

We commit to delivering projects within the timelines specified in your project brief. Our on-time delivery rate is 99.2%. If we fail to deliver on time due to our fault, your next project will receive a 50% discount.

Rush delivery is available for an additional 40% fee, subject to availability.

Delivery is considered complete when the final draft is sent to your registered email address or uploaded to your project portal.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Our team members and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. We will not disclose your project details, business information, or personal data to third parties except as necessary to deliver the Services or as required by law.

9. Academic Integrity

Verimint Studio produces content for research, reference, and learning purposes. We do not condone or support academic dishonesty. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our content complies with their institution's academic integrity policies.

All content is original and passes plagiarism detection tools (Turnitin, Copyscape) before delivery. We provide plagiarism clearance reports upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verimint Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verimint Studio, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Misuse of delivered content in violation of academic or professional standards

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • You will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date
  • We will deliver any completed work in progress
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination
  • Outstanding payment obligations remain due

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Good-faith negotiation between the parties
  • Mediation if negotiation fails
  • Binding arbitration in London, UK if mediation is unsuccessful
